Salmon Log

 

8 Servings


  • 1 14.75-ounce can red salmon, drained
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Mix salmon with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke. Once mixed, place in refrigerator for about 2 hours, then mold into log and roll in mixture of parsley and pecans. Serve with crackers of your choice.
